What divisions do you work in?

Division 1 (General Requirements) - classification for items that do not apply directly to construction, the cost of which are customarily spread out over the entire project. These costs are also referred to as project overhead.

Division 2 (Existing Conditions) - services provides for remodeling of an existing structure which includes new wood base, window trim, etc.

Division 6 (WD, Plastics, & Composites) - group of building materials that are used in all types of construction such as structural, non-structural and/or finish building materials.

Division 7 (Thermal & Moisture Protection) - includes the materials used to seal the outside of the building against moisture, thermal, and air penetration, plus the associated insulation and accessories. Included are damp proofing, waterproofing, insulation, and roofing. As well as Exterior Trim/Siding.

Division 8 (Openings) - includes the maintenance, repair, installation, or replacement of those products or elements of construction that fill openings, including doors, grilles, entrances and glazing systems, windows, skylights, hardware, glazing materials, louvers and vents.

Division 12 (Furnishings) We provide both interior and exterior services that include window treatments, casework, and accessories.

do you use your own manpower or subs?

We have a crew that is available to do residential and commercial projects at any given time.  If necessary, we will at times use subcontractors who can assist us with jobs depending on the project location.

do you bid on wage-scale projects?

Yes, we do.  We adhere to the department of labor requirements under The Davis-Bacon Act and we bid on projects that require us to pay our laborers no less than the locally prevailing wages and fringe benefits.  The Department of Labor determines wage rates for each project based on the scope and location of the project.

do you work in residential homes?

We provide residential services for decks, kitchens, and outdoor sheds/barns.

What divisions/work do you not perform?

We do not offer services for retail stores, concrete, drywall, painting, demolition, or any metal framed buildings.

are you insured & licensed?

Yes, we are fully insured and licensed. We have a Contractors Class A License. We are also able to provide bonding on large scale projects.

What are your hours of operation?

We currently have office hours of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, and field hours of 6:00AM - 4:00 PM. We also adhere to and do not operate on national holidays.
